At Olive Garden, we’re proud of our rich history of serving craveable Italian classics at a great value. We opened our doors at our first location on Orlando’s International Drive on December 13, 1982, and since then we’ve remained committed to offering classic Italian cuisine to feed everyone’s appetite.
In 2020, we brought our never-ending Italian generosity from across the Pacific to the island of Oʻahu, where we opened our first Hawaii location at Ala Moana Center’s Hoʻokipa Terrace. Our generous offerings like never ending salad and breadsticks and delicious pasta entrées were so popular, we opened a second location two years later at Ka Makana Aliʻi in Kapolei. Since then, never-ending Italian generosity has always been on the menu.

Jasmine Doropan
Jasmine Doropan serves as area director at Olive Garden Hawaii. Born and raised on O‘ahu, Jasmine joined Olive Garden as general manager for the Kapolei location in May 2021. In October 2022, she was promoted to area director for both Olive Garden Hawaii locations. She now supervises more than 200 employees and is responsible for increasing profitability, developing a high-performance team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Jasmine Luecke
Jasmine Luecke was born and raised on Oahu and has been a part of the restaurant industry for 15 years. She joined Olive Garden in 2020 and is proud to serve guests as well as her team with dedication and care. As the general manager at Olive Garden in Ala Moana Center, her role involves orchestrating daily operations, nurturing staff excellence, and fostering a familiar atmosphere.
Louis Silva
Louis Silva, a seasoned veteran with more than a decade in the restaurant industry, joined Olive Garden in October 2022 as a manager and was promoted December 1st, 2023 to general manager at Ka Makana Alii. Hailing from Pearl City, Oahu, his role involves enhancing guest experiences, optimizing operations, and boosting sales while fostering a culture of efficiency and satisfaction. With a commitment to excellence, he leads by example in every aspect of his day-to-day responsibilities.

HUNGER RELIEF EFFORTS
With more than 900 restaurants nationwide, we are uniquely positioned to help fight hunger in the communities we serve. In 2003, we created our Harvest program, where all restaurants gather wholesome, surplus food every day and carefully prepare it for weekly donation to a local non-profit organization. Over 20 years, Olive Garden restaurants have donated more than 49 million pounds of food. We also have a long-standing partnership with Feeding America® and are helping to provide trucks for mobile food pantry programs in areas with higher levels of food insecurity.
