What are the hours of operation for Olive Garden?
Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm
Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm
Holiday Hours
Olive Garden restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to allow our team members to spend time with their family and friends. Depending on the amount of business on the day before these holidays, the restaurants may close early. We leave this decision to the discretion of the management team. Please contact the restaurant directly for the scheduled closing time the day before Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve.

Do you offer group discounts?
Rather than offer a discount to one particular group of guests, we believe our responsibility is to make sure we're providing the best dining value possible to every guest who joins us for lunch or dinner.
Is there a free birthday offer in the restaurant?
Olive Garden guests can receive a complimentary dessert on their birthday when they dine with us. To receive other great offers, simply sign up for our eClub and be sure to include information like your birthdate and address so we can keep you updated on the latest Olive Garden news and send you special coupons for your local Olive Garden.
Will servers sing Happy Birthday?
Thank you for considering us for your celebrations! Our team members would be happy to join your group in singing Happy Birthday to the guest of honor.
Does Olive Garden have a rewards program?
We currently do not offer a rewards program, but you can sign up for our Eclub in order to receive news & offers.

Is your salad dressing available for purchase?
Yes! You can purchase our signature salad dressing from your local Olive Garden or find our signature dressing at a retailer near you. Other Olive Garden products, like our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Italian Seasoning, and select cheeses, are also available for purchase nationwide at wholesale and grocery retailers.
How do I sell a recipe to Olive Garden?
While we delight in accepting menu suggestions, we cannot accept recipes. We work closely with our chefs to bring the freshest, most flavorful dishes inspired by Italy to our restaurants.
What is the age requirement for ordering from the Kids Menu?
A Kids Activity Booklet and Menu is available at our restaurant for children ages 12 & under. You can also view our kids menu online. All kids items come with a choice of side and drink.
Do your oils contain trans fat?
Our cooking oils do not contain trans fat.
Do you have gluten free menu items?
Please see our Nutrition Guide for the items and substitutions available for guests with Gluten Intolerance. When dining with us, ask your server for more information and tell your server you are a Gluten guest when ordering.

You can check the status of your order by calling 1-800-248-4935 between thehours of 9am and 8pm EST or emailing giftcardservices@gift.olivegarden.com.
How do I get the balance on my Gift Card?
You can check your balance online or call the phone number on the back of your card and follow the instructions.
Does Olive Garden offer discounts on gift card purchases?
We currently do not offer discounts on gift cards
How long does it take for me to receive my order once its placed?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days and mailed via your chosen method
- USPS Orders are typically received with 10-12 Business Days
- UPS 2nd Day Orders are typically received within 4-5 Business Days
- UPS Next Day orders are typically received within 3 Business Days

Does Olive Garden sell merchandise?

How can I track my order?
When your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation in 3 business days after placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team at olivegarden@harperandscott.com. Can I return or exchange my items?

My order arrived damaged. How can I receive a refund or replacement?
We’re sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please reach out to our customer support team at olivegarden@harperandscott.com for assistance. Donations
How do I make a request for a donation?
Olive Garden donates to charitable causes that benefit the community. Donation requests can be submitted in writing to the general manager of your local Olive Garden. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.
Request should be on your organization's official letterhead, including the organizations full name, address, phone and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed and how it will benefit the community. Please submit written requests 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Unfortunately, it's not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request.

We are pleased to know you are considering employment with Olive Garden. About 30 days before the restaurant opens there will be a banner at the restaurant indicating that the restaurant is "Now Hiring." You can apply online after that sign is posted.
